B.O.N.D

One of my favorite organizations is B.O.N.D. Rebecca Hagelin has done an article on Worldnetdaily about B.O.N.D. which showcases what they do. Its an article well worth reading. Click on the link above to view it.

B.O.N.D. has a home for young boys and men ages 18-35. I have attended numerous B.O.N.D. meetings and I can tell you it is one of the few orgaizations that really get down to the root of the problem, for both men and women.

At the present time BOND does not allow people with a drug problem in the BOND house due to the fact they tried it and people were stealing. However, BOND is currently seeking matching funds from a private grant so they can have a second home. My understanding is the second home will possibly allow those with a drug problem to become residents. Of course, they will have to give up the drugs though.


In the meantime however, BOND meetings are open to everyone seeking to become a better person. If you live in the Greater Los Angeles area, I recommend checking it out.
