A prophecy of Jesus Christ

Approximately 1000 years before the coming of Christ,King David wrote the following Psalm. It contains a prophecy of the cruxifixion.

Psalm 22
1My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
2O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
3But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
4Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
5They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
6But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
7All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
8He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
9But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.
10I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.
11Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
12Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
13They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
14I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
16For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
17I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
18They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
19But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
20Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
21Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
22I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
23Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
24For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
25My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
26The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.
27All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations.
29All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
30A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
31They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

What is alcoholism?

What is 'Alcoholism'?

Alcoholism is a strange word.

Everyone uses it, and is certain of what it means. However, no two
people seem to be able to agree on a clear definition. To some, an
alcoholic is a chronic inebriate living in the streets. To others, it
is anyone who has missed more than one day of work or school because of
over-drinking the night before. Members of the World Health
Organization had such a difficult time agreeing on a definition that
they abandoned the word completely in 1978 and replaced it with
'alcohol abuse and dependence'. The American Psychiatric Association
did the same two years later.-from the moderation management website.
************************************************************************************************************
Im not promoting the moderation management website. For heavy hard
drinkers I think it is much better if they cease drinking for a very
long time ( a decade is a nice round number) and devote their time to
finding God whom they certainly dont know except as the pain of
conscience.

The point Im making is that WHO and the American Psychiatric
Association have abandoned the word completely. The word alcoholic and alcoholism have no generally agreed upon definition.

Merriam Webster defines it as:

"continued excessive or compulsive use of alcoholic drinks"

However, Im sure there are many who would not agree that the
dictionary definiton is right

I prefer the word Drunk myself. And I dont have to define it. I know
one when I see one. You know them. They go out and get plasterd and its clear to anyone they have a problem. So if your a drunk, welcome to my website.

And if your not welcome also.

Government Sponsored Ennabling

Link

The link above is to the story of 75 near hopeless alcoholics being provided with housing in a new 75 unit apartment building in Seattle. The story doesnt say but Im sure the housing is free. After all, chronic drunks cant work. Please look at the photo and notice how nice an apartment building this is. This project has the support of city, county, and Federal officials. If you had any doubt that the officials dont have the foggiest idea what they are doing this should remove it.

What is most unbeliveable is this:

"The apartment center will allow consumption of alcohol on the premise"

Read that a couple of times and let it sink in. Unbelieveable isnt it. Taxpayer giving drunks a fancy place to live and then letting them drink there.

The kind thing to do with people like this is to lock them up in a mental hospital or jail and dry out.And maybe then a minister could reach them.

The Devil

The best interview about possession and exorcism I have ever heard was Art Bells 1996-5 hour conversation with Jesuit Exorcist Malachai Martin. Although Art Bell dealt with many subjects and was not credible in lots of ways, his interview of Dr. Malachai Martin was magnificient. And frankly its one all Christains and aspiring Christians should listen to. I havent called but I think it can probably still be purchased. Here is a link:

Letter from a Catholic Exorcist

The following letter was sent to me by the Late Father Malachai Maritn shortly before his death. Dr. Martin was an advisor to several Popes. The letter speaks for itself. Sooner or later we are going to have to face up to facts that we are dealing with Demonic forces. Is it any wonder that drug treatment programs are ineffective when they dont even know what we are dealing with?

Ephesians 6:12 (King James Version)12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Here is the complete letter sent to me in 1997 by Father Malachai Martin.

*********************************************************************************Dear Ted:

Thank you for your most kind letter of December 24th. Im glad you were able to listen to me on the Art Bell program. Please forgive my delay in replying. But since the publication of my novel, Windswept House, I have been kept busy with TV and radio shows. As a result, my volume o fmail has considerably increased.Yes, as I mentioned on Art Bell, possession can occur as a result of drug or alcohol addiction. It opens a doorway into the soul. The will becomes extremely weak due to its desire for a drink or drug. This weakness and compulsion for addictive chemicals allows evil spirits an avenue by which they may enter a person. This process may begin subtly, even gradually. As the disease of alcoholism and addiction progresses so too does the evil spirit strengthen its foothold in the unfortunate’s soul. If you suspect your girlfriend is plagued by demonic forces, I always tell Catholics they must first contact the Bishop of their diocese and thus have him investigate the case. Authority must at all times be followed. This is mandatory in cases of exorcism and I adhere to these principles myself. If you cannot find a bishop to cooperate then I suggest your girlfriend say the prayer of St.Micheal the Archangel. It is a very powerful prayer. Also, have her invoke the most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ in times of trial and temptation. The Son of God died for her—he died for you and me—He will never fail her.In the meantime, know that I shall keep the two of in my Daily Masses and prayers. I ask that you pray for me as well as I once again take up the pen to continue work on my upcoming boo. And please, be at peace. Our God is merciful God of Love. He will look after you.God Bless you Always,Malachai B. Martin

**********************************************************************************
Saint Micheal Prayer

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in our day of battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Hosts, thrust into Hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

************************************************************************************
Not to long ago, I e-mailed a copy of this letter to Mel B. Mel B. is an AA with over 50 years of sobriety. He is also the author of several AA books including " My search for Bill W". Mels response to this letter was the following:

Hi Ted,Thank you for your email and for sharing the letter from Father Martin. I see that Malachi is a different Father Martin than the popular one that speaks around AA and has the Ashley program in Maryland.I like this letter and will keep it to share with one of my priest friends in the program who is also quite a Catholic scholar. There is no doubt that a practicing alcoholic seems to be under the grip of the Devil. As Bill Wilson wrote, if there is a Devil, he sure had me. And Carl Jung, in his 1961 letter to Bill, even thought the Devil was an apt description of the demonic force that holds us.My priest friend says that an appeal to St. Anthony will help us find lost items. I am not a Catholic, so I simply say, "Come on, Tony, get with it and help me find this stuff!"All the best,Mel BargerMel B. has a website at:

LIes,lies, and damn lies

Photo of a certified drug counselor teaching the "disease concept".

This morning Im fed up. Im fed up with all the lies in the so-called recovery movement. If you want to read the same old thing about having a “disease’ and going to 90 meetings in 90 days go somewhere else. Its against my religion to lie to you.

I know. All the experts say addiction is a “disease”. But I know better. You know how I know. I shot dope with people like you. I know you don’t have a “disease”. The truth is you’re a rotten swine. No damn good. The truth is your evil.

That sounds kind of negative I know. But its true. Remember I drank and shot dope with the likes of you for nearly a decade and ½ .. I know about the burgalaries you did, the cars you stole, the money you took when nobody was looking. I know about the gun you stuck in peoples face. The hot credit cards you sold. The purse you snatched. Maybe even the murder you committed. How about that “friend” whose wife you had sex with . Or that person you helped get their first fix. The list is pretty long. That’s the bad news. You’re a selfish swine.rotten, hatefilled swine. .

The good news is this:

I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance" (Luke 5:29-32).

And you qualify. But you have to admit to the truth. A tepid admission that you have a “disease” isn’t going to fill the bill. Admitting that your evil is probably the most important thing you can do, and the most painful. But its also the most hopeful. You see being evil is not necessarily a permanent condition.

A minister friend of mine puts it this way:

“You cant be born again unless you admit your evil”

What it is you want? Do you want truth or lies? Do you want the old nature or do you want a new nature?

Myths and realities of Alcoholism

Dr.James Milam published a book called "Under the Influence" in
1981. "Experts" at the time were ecstatic about the book. It has
sold over a million copies.

It was hailed as "the most important breakthrough in alcohlolsm since
the founding of Alcoholics Anonymous in 1935" by Ron Fagan of the
Cedar Hills Alcoholism Treatment Center.

Marty Mann (sometimes called the first lady of AA who founded the
National Council of Alcoholism) said "I find Dr.Milans concept
extraordinary and exciting"

"Under The Influence will advance by light years the understanding of
alcoholism and the recovery process----Mel Schustad, cofounder,National
Association of Alcoholism Counselors.

In the book Dr. Milan states " Physiology not psychology determines
whether one drinker will become addicted to alcohol and another will
not". In the book Dr. Milan cites abnormal metabolism of acetaldehyde
, the intermediate byprodcust of alcohol metabolism, as the culprit.
He cites studies by Marc Schuckit , a psychiatrist and researcher at
the University of California at San Diego, and Charles Lieber , chief
of research program at the Bronx Veterans Hospital, as scientific proof
that alcoholics are different. Here At long last, according to
experts, the riddle of alcoholism is solved.

Even to this day the idea of abnormal metablolism of acetaldehyde is
advanced in many AA circles as being the "cause" of alcoholism.
Dr. Milan is now associated wth the Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers.
The Lakeside-Milam Recovery Center still advances the same idea
published in the book in 1981:

Their website says:

Reality: Addiction to alcohol is primarily physiological. Alcoholics
become addicted because their bodies are physiologically incapable of
processing alcohol normally.

All this is great. Right. It is except for one thing. The passage of
time has proved that the idea of abnormal metablolism advanced in
"Under the Influence" Iis re simply not true. According to the
Addiction Science and Research Center at the University of Texas at
Austin:

" Old ideas that acetaldehyde is a poison that leads to organ damage
and perhaps brain damage, and that the rate at which acetaldehyde turns
to acetate in the brain influences the onset of alcoholism, have not
been substantiated by science".

What? You mean a book by an Alcoholism expert subtitled "a guide to
the myths and realities of alcoholism" actually promotes a myth? Yes.
And even years after the idea has been discredited the author still
promotes it and so do many AA members? Yes.

The inmates are running the asylum.
