As you can see Betty Ford charges $700 per day for inpatient. This is a far cry from the free 12 step work of Bill W. and Dr. Bob.I only know one acquaintance that went through Betty Ford. From her autobiography I can tell you she wasn’t really taught what she needed to know at her stay there. It seems like someone is making a lot of money off the misery of others.Since the Betty Ford clinic is a 501C3 entity that solicites donations from the public, I have sent them an e-mail seeing if a financial statement is available. What on earth could they be spending $700 a day for 30 days for alcohol/addiction treatment on ?
