Hate Speech against Gays
Recently I have received some criticism for conducting "Hate speech against Gays".
Of course, its a ridiculous accusation. However, since people are so confused and suggestible I thought it would be wise for me to state my opinion for all to see.
I dont believe you will find one single example of "hate speech" against Gays, at least by me. If you do, find it and I will gladly apologize.
For the record, I dont believe we should hate anyone and we certainly should not hate gays. As the Christians say (and frequently dont do) we should hate the sin but love the sinner.
Anyone who cares to may look at my past posts and see that I have spoken out against homosexualty, but that is not the same thing as "hating" Gays.
I have also have spoken out against Alcoholics Anonymous violating its own tradition and subtly (and not so subtly) endorsing the gay life style. They do this by equating Gays to Blacks, Native Americans, and women on the GSO website. They also do it by having Gay meetings. They have also done it by inviting Gay/Lesbian workshops at International AA conventions. GSO has also passed out non-conferenced approved literature in support of Gay/Lesbian movement. They have also done it by including in the 4th edition of The Big Book of AA the story of an unrpentant homosexual "Tightrope".
If you look carefully at my website: Http://Christianrecovery.blogspot.com you will see that I have links to ex-gay ministries. I have personally met former Homosexuals who have repented and God has healed them of this sin. I honestly believe it is more Love for the Homosexual to refer them to these reparative organizations than it is to accept their perverse lifestyle as if it wasn't sin.
So to be accused of "hate speech" is a lie and distortion. In moden America most people who speak out against the homosexual lifestyle are accused of being "Haters". It goes with the territory. I accept that but Im not going to let them make false accustions without responding with a truthful defense.
Many Alcoholics are grateful to AA for helping them stop drinking, and they dont like criticism of AA. That doesnt mean it shouldnt be done. I speak up in the hope that some of these fairly decent AA's will see the truth of what I am saying, and in turn speak up themselves. If they are praying for the knowledge of God's will for them and the power to carry it out, I believe it may happen. That is how change happens.
Modern AA has become morally corrupt. Just like the Apostate "Christian Churches" are corrupt for accepting Gay ministers and Bishops. I intend to keep speaking up on the issue whenever it is timely.
